Warranty

• Refurbished iPods: 12-month workshop warranty covering the work (battery, storage, assembly). Wear and accidental/liquid damage excluded.
• Repairs: 12 months on labour and fitted parts (6 months on click wheel / housing / screen).
• Parts sold separately: TODO — e.g. 6 months against manufacturing defect.

For used / refurbished goods the legal conformity guarantee may be limited to 12 months (EU Directive 2019/771). Mandatory consumer rights unaffected. TODO: confirm wording with a Dutch legal adviser.
