1. Who we are

Save Your iPod is a business of ES Tech Labs. Postal address (mail only: no visits or parcels): Kwikstaartlaan 42, Box C4434, 3704 GS Zeist, Netherlands. KvK: 42180616. VAT number (BTW): NL005561038B15. Contact: info@saveyouripod.com.

The site takes no online payments today: every job starts from a written quote sent by email.

2. What we offer

Repairs and upgrades for iPod Classic and iPod Video, refurbished and custom-built iPods, spare parts, 3D-printed cases and trade-in of old iPods. We work on iPod Classic 6G and 7G and iPod Video 5G and 5.5G.

3. How the contract is formed

• You send a request from the site (repair, custom iPod, parts, trade-in). That is neither an order nor a payment.
• We reply by email with a written quote: price, availability, shipping costs and timing.
• The contract is concluded when you accept the quote in writing. Until then you can cancel the request at no cost.
• Prices shown on the site are indicative and may change with parts availability; the accepted quote always prevails.

4. Payments

All prices shown on the site are in euros and include VAT (BTW) where due: the tax breakdown is stated on the quote and the invoice.

The site takes no online payments. Payment methods are stated in the quote.

5. Repairs: what you should know

• Back up your files before sending the iPod: during a storage upgrade the contents of the drive are lost and cannot be recovered by us.
• If opening the device reveals damage that was not visible from the outside, we send you a new quote before going on.
• If you decide not to proceed, the iPod is returned to you; the diagnosis fee stated in the quote and the shipping costs are due.
• We work on 15-20 year old devices: some repairs may not succeed. In that case we do not charge for labour.

6. Warranty and withdrawal

See Warranty and Shipping and returns. These are the minimum rights the law gives consumers and cannot be limited by these terms.

7. Liability

We are liable for damages within the limits set by law. Nothing here excludes or limits our liability for intent, gross negligence or personal injury. We are not liable for the loss of music files or other content on the device.

8. Applicable law and disputes

Dutch law applies. If you are a consumer resident in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence. Before any dispute, write to info@saveyouripod.com: we always look for a solution.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you accept the quote applies to your order.
