Shipping and returns

Shipping

• We ship throughout the European Union, always tracked. For countries outside Europe write to us: we look at it case by case.
• Costs and times depend on the carrier and are confirmed by email together with the quote, before any payment.
• Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we deliver within 30 days of order confirmation.
• The risk of loss or damage in transit to you is ours until delivery.
• For a repair, only ship your iPod after receiving our instructions by email.

Right of withdrawal: 14 days

For distance purchases you have the right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83: you may return parts, non-personalised cases and refurbished iPods within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason.

• Tell us by email at info@saveyouripod.com within the 14 days, then send the item back within another 14 days.
• You may examine the item as you would in a shop; if you use it beyond that, we may deduct an amount for the loss in value.
• We refund what you paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of your notice; we may wait until we receive the item or proof of shipment.
• Return shipping costs are yours.
• The item must come back complete (accessories and packaging included) and well protected: damage caused by inadequate packaging reduces the refund.
• We check that the serial number matches the device we delivered to you: a different device is not refunded and is sent back to you at your expense.

What is excluded

• Custom iPods and personalised cases: made to your specification and by law not returnable. You can cancel the order until we start the work.
• Repairs and services already carried out at your express request: once the service is completed the withdrawal right no longer applies. If you withdraw while a repair is in progress, you pay only for the work already done.

Withdrawal is not the same as warranty: a faulty product is handled under the legal guarantee, also after the 14 days.
